A feast of festive football continues as 2022 draws to a close. Brentford could prove to be stubborn hosts to Liverpool and Brighton could fare well against Premier League leaders Arsenal. We’ve provided recent form and head-to-head statistics for five fixtures we think have the potential to end in a score draw.

Liverpool’s visit to Brentford in the Premier League last season produced a thrilling 3-3 draw. The Reds won 3-0 when they met at Anfield.

Brentford drew 2-2 hosting Tottenham in their Boxing Day fixture. The Bees have lost just four Premier League games this season, but will take on West Ham before hosting Liverpool.

After the World Cup break Liverpool were beaten 3-2 by Manchester City in the EFL Cup, but returned to Premier League action with a 3-1 win at Aston Villa on Boxing Day.

Brighton suffered a shock EFL Cup exit when they lost on penalties to League One Charlton last week. But the Seagulls returned to Premier League action with a 3-1 win at Southampton on Boxing Day.
