Manchester United’s midweek UEFA Europa League win over Granada was their fourth straight competitive victory in which they completed the scoring after the 80th minute. Having reduced their gap behind Premier League (PL) leaders Manchester City to 11 points, they’ll attack from the off to keep their slender title hopes alive.

 

Yet, despite scoring an average of 3.6 goals per game across their last five PL matches here (W4, D1) none of them came inside the opening 15 minutes. Nevertheless, goals are likely, as Old Trafford’s PL fixtures have witnessed an average of 3.4 per game thus far this term.
