West Ham United’s come-from-behind 2-1 win over Burnley kept them ‘hanging around’ the Premier League (PL) top four, as manager David Moyes put it, following their fifth match in six to feature 2+ first-half goals. Prolific themselves, only champions-elect Manchester City have scored 2+ goals in more PL games this calendar year (11).

 

However, their 1-0 defeat here to Chelsea (April 24) saw the ‘Hammers’ fail to land a blow at home in the league for the first time since September 12 (W9, D4, L3 following).
