While Sheffield United aren’t yet mathematically down – they could, in theory, finish as high as 13th – no side has survived being bottom of the Premier League (PL) after matchday 30 since Leicester City back in 2014/15. Realistically, four straight competitive defeats with just one goal scored strongly suggests the ‘Blades’ will be playing Championship football next term.
