Bournemouth and Leeds are both looking to stay above the drop zone when they meet at the Vitality Stadium. While, Nottingham Forest could struggle to improve their points haul on the road visiting Brentford. We’ve looked through the games in our Classic Pools competition and provided recent form and head-to-head statistics for five fixtures we think have the potential to end in a weekend draw on coupon.
1 – Bournemouth v Leeds
Bournemouth and Leeds played out a seven-goal thriller in the reverse fixture back in November, Leeds came back from 3-1 down to win 4-3 at Elland Road.
Prior to a midweek fixture at rock-bottom Southampton, Bournemouth had won three of their last five matches, but were thumped 4-0 hosting West Ham last weekend.
Leeds drew 1-1 hosting Leicester on Tuesday, they took the lead in the 20th minute, but conceded 10-minutes from time. It was the Whites’ first point in four matches.

2 – Brentford v Nottingham Forest
Brentford and Nottingham Forest drew 2-2 in the reverse fixture at the City Ground back in November. A 96th minute own goal snatched at point for the hosts.
Brentford will go into their midweek visit to Chelsea winless in their last six matches, but they drew 1-1 hosting in-form Aston Villa last weekend. Ivan Toney notched his 19th Premier League goal of the season.
Nottingham Forest gave Liverpool a scare at Anfield last Saturday, but lost 3-2. Forest will host Brighton midweek and go into that game winless in 11 matches.

6 – Man Utd v Aston Villa
Manchester United came back from 2-1 down to beat Aston Villa 4-2 at Old Trafford in the EFL Cup in November. Villa won 3-1 when the teams met in Premier League at Villa Park earlier that month.
After exiting the Europa League in a 3-0 defeat to Sevilla last week, Manchester United beat Brighton on penalties after a 0-0 draw at Wembley in the FA Cup on Sunday.
Aston Villa are unbeaten in their last ten matches, only dropping points in draws with West Ham (1-1) and Brentford (1-1). Tyrone Mings’ header gave Villa a 1-0 win over Fulham on Tuesday, which moved them up to 5th in the table.

Reading are winless in their last eleven matches, but five of the last seven have ended in stalemate. They were beaten 2-1 at play-off seeking Coventry last weekend.
Wigan have kept their slim hopes of avoiding relegation alive with wins over Stoke (1-0) and Millwall (2-1) in their last two matches. Thelo Aasgaard scored the winner in the 84th minute to edge the victory over Millwall last weekend.
